May 15, 2014 - At ACCESS, we publish a lot of information on identity theft. But much of the information that we provide is actually targeted to an audience that is already familiar with ID theft; what it is and how criminals commit the crime. Every now and then, it's a worthwhile exercise to take a step back and provide our readers with some basic information.
